- A guided visit to a winery in South Tyrol’s wine region with tasting and light lunch (with registration)
- A bread baking course with a tour of the historic Obergereuthof farm in St. Martin (with registration)
- An exclusive wine tasting in the new Alpenschlössel vinotheque with Rudi and Manuel (with registration)
- A 7-course gourmet dinner with wine or mountain apple juice pairing from Kohl (with registration)
- A creative cooking session with Sous Chef Dominik in our show kitchen (with registration)
- An atmospheric aperitif evening by the pond and firepit to open the week
There is a surcharge of € 140 per person (plus room booking) for the full programme.
